REHABILITATION SERVICES

The Rehabilitation Department is an interdisciplinary team that works together with the nursing, social work, dietary, recreational and medical departments to improve safety, quality of life and promote functional independence. The goal of the Rehabilitation Department is to assist patients in achieving their optimal level of self care and function through exercise training and care giver education.

At Princeton Care Center, our rehabilitation team treats a wide variety of diagnosis, including:

The Rehabilitation team consists of three distinct therapy disciplines: Phyical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy. Each discipline focuses on a different aspect of patient care and each uses different modalities to achieve their goals.

PHYSICAL THERAPY

The areas addressed by physical therapy include:
